Hi, I'm Lauren!

Welcome to Life with Lo — a personal blog where I share my experience through life’s challenges: motherhood, postpartum, friendship, mental health, business ownership, and most importantly, faith.

 

My name is Lauren, but most people call me Lo or LoLo. I’m a wife and a mama to two beautiful babies — a wild and wonderful 2-year-old girl and a sweet 4-month-old baby boy.

 

I run a home-based bakery and custom cake business, and I also serve as the worship pastor at my church. I’ve been leading worship since I was 14, but officially stepped into the role of worship pastor in August 2024. This has been one of the greatest blessings and answered prayers in my life.

 

Recently, I’ve discovered a deep love for writing. I’ve started this blog as a creative outlet — a space to pour out my heart on things I’m truly passionate about. My hope is to reach other mamas and women who may be walking through similar seasons. You’re not alone in the daily struggles of life or motherhood. 
 

I should add — I’m not an expert on the topics I may write about. I’m just a mama who has, at times, felt deeply alone, anxious, and depressed. But God has been so faithful. Over the past few years, He has taught me, stretched me, and truly transformed me. I’m just here to share what I’ve learned in hopes that it might encourage you, too.
